Veronika Jungwirth & Ralph Miarka about themselves, their philosophy and the story behind sinnvollFÜHREN.
We complement each other as a team in many areas. We are different, but not too different. We are both a couple professionally and privately and communicate with each other practically around the clock (no, it doesn’t get too much for us). We spin new ideas together and make scientific findings usable and relevant for our clients’ (and our own) day-to-day work in various ways.

We understand each other professionally and privately and communicate extensively. Together, we spin new ideas and make scientific findings relevant to our customers’ working lives in various ways.
We spur each other on and – if necessary – slow each other down. And we have fun at work. That’s important to all of us.
We try to live everything we talk about in training ourselves – both in the office and at home. Whenever possible, we attend workshops and conferences as a pair or more. It may cost multiple times over, but it also brings multiple benefits. Only by reflecting on what we’ve learned can we develop practical conclusions for ourselves and our customers.

All members of our network team are hand-picked professionals in coaching, training, solution focus and agility. We put great care, personal commitment and pleasure into training them to become sinnvollFÜHREN trainers. We ensure joint further training, a lively exchange of ideas and the constant identification and utilization of the potential for improvement in the work of the entire network team. This is how we continue to develop – for your personal added value and the added value of your company.
