Case reflection
Sailors know the principle “A hand for me!”, which is essential for survival on board, especially in stormy times. In case of reflection, we regularly reflect together on our ideas, decisions and next steps. You bring in your knowledge from the inside, and we bring in our view from the outside.

What is a case reflection?
Especially in management positions, situations often arise that need to be discussed and debated to regain clarity. However, it is often difficult to find a discussion partner who is far enough away to bring in the necessary outside perspective and at the same time close enough to understand what is at the heart of the matter. We are available as experienced sparring partners for all your management agendas.
How often, how long and where?
The supervision sessions take place at regular intervals (usually once a month, depending on your requirements) and of course outside your office premises. If we are far away from each other, or you are very limited in time, supervision is also possible by telephone.
The difference to coaching?
In contrast to coaching (which is used selectively when required), this is a regular process of reflection. Here too, solutions to upcoming challenges are developed together. The support is long-term and open to all topics. In supervision, we also offer our personal experience, one or two procedural models or similar on request. In coaching, very targeted interventions are used so that you can find your solution to your specific problem. We do not get involved in the content ourselves.
