Practising Scrum Masters can still learn, too.

Target group: Practising Scrum Masters
The tasks of the Scrum Master
The Scrum Master is accountable for establishing Scrum as defined in the Scrum Guide. They do this by helping everyone understand Scrum theory and practice, both within the Scrum Team and the organization.
The Scrum Master is accountable for the Scrum Team’s effectiveness. They do this by enabling the Scrum Team to improve its practices, within the Scrum framework.
Scrum Masters are true leaders who serve the Scrum Team and the larger organization.
That’s what it says in the Scrum Guide. If you read on, the Scrum Master is a trainer, initiator and coach for the PO and the development team, removes obstacles, acts as a moderator for meetings and workshops, plans, leads and drives Scrum implementations in their organisation and acts as a link and translator for Scrum-specific topics between all stakeholders.
So far, so good. But how?
Wow! A Scrum Master has what it takes! At least they should if they want to fulfil all their tasks according to the Scrum Guide. To achieve this, they must understand much more than how Scrum works. Topics such as coaching techniques, conflict resolution skills, moderation know-how, understanding of organisational contexts and so on are helpful in the further development plan.
That’s what you get!
