What does the Scrum Basic Training offer?
In this 2-day training course, you and your colleagues will learn and experience the basics and effects of Scrum. Recurring reflections and exercises accompany the training so you can interactively experience the differences from other process models and use them for yourself. Terms, rules and processes are clarified and consolidated.
In addition to the general basics, an in-house course also offers the opportunity to work out specific conditions for implementation in your company. It is best if we discuss the desired content in detail together so that you receive training tailored to your needs.
