This training course will give you specific decision-making aids for conflict situations. We will look at conflicts from all sides – including the positive ones. With numerous practical exercises, you will experience how to recognize and resolve conflicts and learn how to prevent destructive escalation through preventive and de-escalating measures. These two intensive days will also show you how the often overlooked valuable side of conflicts can even contribute to the further development of teams and organizations.
