Natascha Voloshchuk
Office assistant
Previt! My birth name is Nataliia, but most people call me Natascha. I was born in 1982 in Roschyschtsche, Ukraine. As a little girl, I loved helping out at home. I learned early on how to bake bread, cook, and manage the household. I especially enjoyed taking care of my parents’ vegetable garden. My other passion also emerged during childhood: styling hair. No Barbie doll could resist me, as I kept transforming them with new hairstyles (mostly;-). And so, I eventually became a hairstylist in Ukraine.
My younger son Daniil was born in 2010. After my maternity leave, I immediately returned to work as a hairstylist.
In the spring of 2022, my son Daniil and I had to flee Ukraine due to the war in our home country. We decided to come to Austria instead. I quickly found a job as a hairstylist and soon noticed that the required hours were not sustainable for my son, given the store’s opening hours. So, I wanted to switch jobs and met Veronika and Ralph during this time. In January 2023, I joined the sinnvollFÜHREN team as an office assistant. I look forward every day to coming into our beautiful office and welcoming our customers – lovingly designed buffets, sparkling rooms, and, of course, our green inner courtyard oasis. Have I mentioned that I love working with people and spoiling them? 😉
I’ve always been deeply interested in different languages, countries, and cultures. I value the opportunity to meet new people and spoil them with my love for detail – and I can do just that here.
Of course, my native language is Ukrainian. I also speak Russian fluently (which I learned at school). Additionally, I was lucky enough to learn Polish from my grandparents, who were born in Poland. Thanks to living in Austria, I improved my German significantly – and I’m still learning every day.
I am cheerful, determined and courageous. My life story teaches me to see every challenge as an opportunity and tackle it with determination. I’m warm-hearted and love to laugh often. My colleagues particularly appreciate my organizational skills and my cooking abilities. I receive praise for my lovingly prepared buffets and the delicious (typically Ukrainian) lunch menus I prepare for my team whenever possible. If there are any questions about household or garden maintenance (and hair care 🙂), I’m always on hand to help and advise. I learn, help gladly, and pitch in whenever needed.
