Leading and coaching agile teams – Part 2

The contents at a glance

Do you remember the coconut model? Do you remember what “giraffe ears” meant or how a solution-focused conversation is structured? Have we already talked about different types of conversation partners in your training? Have you been able to apply the solution-focused questioning techniques in your area of work?

Repetition

As the basic training was a few years ago for some people, we will briefly review the most essential content together. We are also interested in your personal experience reports and, of course, open questions.

Deepening

Then, we will go into more depth: We will carry out many coaching exercises, devote time and attention to resolving conflicts, and try solution-focused facilitation tools.

New content

New topics include the “host leadership model”, ideas to support a “growth mindset”, and “harnessing the power of introverted colleagues in an agile context”.

Casework

Of course, we hope you and the other training participants will bring topics and case studies from everyday practice that we can work on together.

And what else?

Of course – the question was bound to come up.

In addition to all this content, we will spend three days learning, discussing and developing ideas with like-minded people. With this training, we hope to form a community that connects and thinks ahead – people who understand and can apply the content and feel the apparent difference in its impact.
