Cancellation policy for the purchase of services

Services are trainings, seminars, conferences, individual coaching, counselling, change support.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us sinnvollFÜHREN GmbH, Mittelgasse 4 / 2+3, 1060 Vienna, phone: +43 1 946 50 07, email: office@sinnvoll-fuehren.com of your decision to cancel this contract using a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email).

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

  1. Clients may cancel services free of charge up to 30 calendar days before the start of the service. This does not apply to expenses and services already rendered, which will be invoiced.
  2. For cancellations between the 30th and the 7th calendar day before the event’s start, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged, plus expenses and services already rendered.
  3. Cancellations from the 7th calendar day before the start of the event and thereafter will incur 100% cancellation costs, plus expenses and services already provided.
  4. The cancellation fee is waived if the client nominates a suitable number of replacement persons from the target group who take advantage of the service and pay the agreed fee. However, the original client remains liable for the costs.
  5. Cancellations for individual coaching sessions are accepted in writing (by email and text). A cancellation fee of 50% applies for cancellations made 48 hours or more before the agreed appointment and 100% for no-shows, unless a replacement person takes over the appointment.

If you cancel the service, we must refund all payments that we have received from you (except costs already incurred) immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this service. For the repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
