What you get involved in…
Agile coaching always begins with personal discussions. The purpose is to assess if we are a good match and to clarify the scope of your needs and our availability. If all goes well, we will create a plan together and prepare a written offer for you.
The scope of our Agile Coaching services always includes what you need: from consulting to reflection, from company-wide basic Scrum training and team retrospectives to individual coaching and on-the-job training with your developers.
